Paid a visit to the beautiful nearby Fougeres Castle with breathtaking views and never ending stairs! The farmhouse is fab, big and full of character with all mod cons, the children loved the out door swing, games room and the pool and even made friends with the dogs and ducks! Firstly, thank you for being such welcoming hosts. We loved every minute of our stay with you. The farmhouse had everything we could have asked for and more. It was clean, homely and beautifully decorated. You ordered the sun for us, which was just great being the April bank holiday, three days of lounging by the pool and bbqing at night. I am in love with Wilson (your oldest dog) I hoped I could sneak her into my car, the morning we left). Thank you again and we will definitely be coming back to stay if you will have us. Lastly, the nearby towns are equipped with everything you need with lots of local interests for famililes and couples.

Great farmhouse with excellent facilities. The setting and facilities are great for those with children. The games room, swings and gardens provided plenty of entertainment for the children (big or small!!). Often we left the children to wonder off and play on their own knowing that they were safe (Something we would never do in the UK). Pool was a great size, nice and warm and securely fenced with an alarm so kids could not get in without an adult.

Accommodation was ample for the 10 of us. We arrived on the Saturday and Kev and Lynda provided a great welcoming pack. Location is in a peaceful area, but within easy drive of some great places including a lake, mini fairground/waterpark (20mins away at good price), fougers and Laval (great boat rip on Mayenne). The area has so much to do and explore that we will be back.

Kev and Lynda were great hosts, although they live next door they never interfered but when we needed them for assistance or advise they were also willing to offer Overall a great place and we all had a great holiday. Derek Melrose

This was our second visit here. The owners kev and Linda made us feel so welcome. This cottage is perfect for a large family. Three children and six adults were in our party an we had bags of space. The facilities are second to none. Our children spent many happy hours playing with the huge amount of toys available. The pool is heaven on a warm day and you don't share it with anyone. The setting is idyllic, set in beautiful Brittany countryside. Having a swim whilst seeing cows watch you is fantastic! You can easily spend the whole day at the cottage as there is so much to do there. There is a huge play area in a converted barn our children loved playing in. We cannot sing its praises loud enough. If you want a quiet holiday, have a large family, do not want to be ripped off with extortionate prises, stay in top quality accommodation with fantastic owners in Brittany, then this is the place. We took our three girls pony ridding nearby too. only ten euros for thirty minutes where you take them on a walk yourselves. Great experience and the kids loved it. It is a gite that suits all ages, we range from 9 months to 65 years old. There is something for everyone. We have had holidays in this region for 12 years and this gite to the best bits of both the other places we stayed. We are counting the days to our return. We spent our days either at the gite or visiting our favorite places especially Dinard and St Malo and our esentiel visits to the best restaurant we know The Vieux Moulin at Hede as well as exploring new places. The pool was wonderful and warm and there was entertainment for all ages in the games room as well as swings and slides for the younger members as well as a sweet mini gite for the very young of the family.
